That summer had been an unusually cold one, and most of the birds and bugs that swarmed around the fields of Argon were were gone, most of the bugs dead from the cold and the birds from the lack of bugs to feed themselves. The fields were filled by something though, and that something was travelers. The fields of Argon were full of small groups of people covered in furs. Most of these groups were traveling family’s, a few were traveling circuses and though the travelers ran into each other they often disagreed with each others rules, mainly due to clashing ideals. However, there was one rule all of the travelers, not to mention the animals and most of nature, agreed upon. Not to go near the sacred burial grounds of Dusk.

The Dusk were a type of Shade, created in the first breath, and therefore one of the first inhabitants of the land of Asheil. They were extinct now, but the legends of they’re powers were legendary. Enhanced sight, unlimited Madgik, and enhanced speed. Of course, in the first breath there had been no sun, and when the second breath came the sun had risen, killing all the Dusk. No one knew who had buried them, but all knew the Dusk were still able to curse, and destroy.

This, evidently, had not stopped the traveler crossing the burial grounds with his cocky expression, his proud demeanor. He was dressed in the clothes of a knight but he did not seem to be a gentle, compassionate, person that a knight should be. The Dusk took no heed of him, however and he crossed unharmed to his destination, the city of the four meetings, the palace of the Four Breaths, the place known as the Twighlight temple.
